OlOn proudly presents ‘Awareness‘, an innovative schema of work designed to revolutionise Auditory and Phonological Mastery for young learners (ages 0-5).

By integrating complexity science, criticality, subjectivity, creativity and non-directivity, ‘Awareness‘ provides a dynamic intellectual ecosystem that nurtures both intellectual and emotional growth.

This approach challenges conventional educational norms, fostering deep understanding and holistic development in early childhood.

What is ‘Awareness’?

Awareness‘ is a groundbreaking educational framework that redefines communication as a process of meaning-generation through the identification and negotiation of stimuli.

We view educators as non-directive yet intervening facilitators, guiding young minds through the complexities of learning and perception.

This schema emphasises the transition from closed, isolated chaotic systems to open, interconnected complex ones, enhancing auditory and phonological awareness and mastery.

We believe in holistic education nurturing intellectual & emotional growth. We design programs to inspire curiosity, foster a love for learning and develop leaders for the 21st-century world and beyond.

Our ‘Awareness’ Schema blends classical and post-modern pedagogies to develop Auditory and Phonological Awareness & Mastery skills.

We integrate complexity science and subjectivity to deepen our attention on the Here & Now and expand our perception of the subjective nature of reality (?).

OlOn prioritises cultural capital, promoting inclusivity and intercultural understanding. We foster cosmopolitanism and ecumenical consciousness, preparing learners for an interconnected world.
